Welcome to my website. I am keen to tell you more about myself and to explore a possible collaboration.
My name is Nathalie Jansen and I have worked as an HR professional since 2012. In July 2023, after a decade of permanent HR positions, I made the decision to step outside my comfortzone and start my own business. I founded Talent Wise to enhance my professional growth as an Interim HR Advisor or Business Partner.
Freelancing provides a valuable opportunity to learn from diverse organizations and share my expertise to contribute to their success.
Experience
I have had the honour of working with a wide range of organisations over the years, from the dynamic start-up setting of a tiny business to the intricate operations of a tremendous, internationally engaged Big 4 firm, and all sizes in between.
In terms of HR, I consider myself to be a generalist. Solving challenging issues brings me a lot of energy. My experience allows me to provide valuable advantages for the organisation as well as the individual employee. In general, I embrace a pragmatic and tactically savvy approach.
